They will tell you that they already have enough evidence against you, they just want to get your side of the story. 2. They will tell you that a person that is accused of being an accomplice with you has already confessed and said you were the ring leader and most guilty. 3. They will ask you, If you didn't do anything wrong why would you need a lawyer to talk with us. Only guilty people need lawyers. 4. That if you talk with them then they can put a good word in for you to the prosecutor that you cooperated with them. 5. That by confessing it shows the Judge or Jury that you are remorseful and increases your chances for leniency.
