| I enlisted as a Private in the United States Marine Corps after High School. I was commissioned a Warrant Officer after obtaining the rank of Sergeant. I was promoted to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2 prior to leaving the Marine Corps. While in the Marine Corps I attended college in my free time working towards my undergraduate degree. After serving over nine years in the Marine Corps I completed my undergraduate schooling and attended Law School in Houston, Texas. Upon graduation from Law School, I worked for the Dallas County District Attorney's Office as a Trial Prosecutor. While an Assistant District Attorney, I prosecuted countless cases including: Murder, Robbery, Sexual Assault, DWI, and Drug cases among others. In 1997 I left the District Attorney's Office and opened my Law Office dedicating my practice exclusively to representing people accused of criminal offenses. I have continued my legal training by taking numerous Continuing Legal Education Courses related to Criminal Law.
